DISCLAIMER: Due to Blender limitations the crash notification for singular frame renders will say that the render has been completed instead of canceled. This is because the render for singular frames doesn't have a function to be called on that understands if the render has crashed or not. When an animation render crashed the notification will correctly tell you that the render has been canceled.
